Terms of Service (v1.0)

These terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") cover your use of the Therapy Manager-Web (the “Service”). Making payment, joining the Beta programme or undertaking a 30-day trial constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, or any other loss or damage resulting from the transfer of data over communications networks and facilities, including the internet, and you acknowledge that the Service may be subject to limitations, delays and other problems inherent in the use of such communications facilities.

You understand and agree that the Service is provided “as is” and, to the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to you resulting from the use of the Service. The entire risk arising out of use, security or performance of the Service remains with you.

If there is any loss or damage to your data, your sole and exclusive remedy will be for us  to use reasonable commercial endeavours to restore the lost or damaged data from the latest back-up of such data maintained by us or our suppliers.
